Terms and conditions for VIRTUAL Unlimited Membership

This pass is valid for FIT4MOM Greater Northwest Chicago Suburbs Virtual Classes only. A private password will be shared with you to provide access to our Members-Only Virtual Workouts & Wellness Hub at greaternwchi.fit4mom.com. This is an exclusive password for $75 FIT4MOM Virtual Membership pass holders only. We ask that you please not share this password with anyone. Most classes do not require any equipment. No refunds. No rollovers. Membership is auto-billed on the 1st of each month. A 3 month commitment is required for new clients. Minimum of 14 days notice is required in writing to change or cancel your membership.
