Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Get a great workout and bring your baby to class with you!

Prenatal FIT4BABY is a workout class for pregnant women. The class is specifically designed for expecting moms incorporating cardio, strength, stretching and balance exercises. Prenatal FIT4BABY can be done at any point in in a woman's pregnancy.
