Terms and conditions for ALL ACCESS Unlimited Membership

Monthly pass valid for Fit4Baby, Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre and Strides 360, Body Back Membership and Body Ignite classes. Pass transfers do not apply. A three month commitment to Fit4Mom Greater Northwest Chicago Suburbs classes is required for new members. A $60 early cancellation fee will be charged if pass is canceled before the three month commitment is met. Minimum 30 days notice prior to canceling the pass is required.
